Starting Pay rate is $30 per hour or even more depending on experience and technical expertise.

Foreman Expectations:
- Willing to learn what you do not know and work hard
- You’ll have reliable transportation to get to the office each day
- Willing and able to work 35+ hours per week
- Meet company standards and requirements and comply with all safety rules & regulations
- Properly use and maintain all equipment
What the Job Looks Like:
- 8-10 hours per day outdoors in all weather
- Manage crews to complete jobs on time and under budget
- Manage use of materials and track for billing
- Complete daily paperwork accurately
- Train crew members on new techniques or to improve existing knowledge
- Communicate regularly with customers and vendors
- Ensure safe operation of equipment by all team members
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years landscape maintenance and landscape installation experience
- Experience with equipment such as backhoes, mini excavators, cut off saws, etc.
- Experience managing a crew preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Clean and valid PA driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
