We have positions available on our landscape and hardscape teams. We are willing to train motivated employees.

Starting Pay rate is $25 per hour, depending on experience. MULTIPLE POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE.

Crew Member Expectations:

• Willing to learn what you do not know and work hard
• You’ll have reliable transportation to get to the office each day
• Willing and able to work 35+ hours per week
• Meet company standards and requirements and comply with all safety rules & regulations
• Properly use and maintain all equipment

What the Job Looks Like:

• 8-10 hours per day outdoors in all weather
• Perform tasks associated with landscape maintenance and installations, such as mulching, trimming, installing plant material, spring and fall cleanups, etc.
• Perform tasks associated with hardscape installations of walkways, patios, walls, outdoor living spaces, etc.
• Occasional communications with customers and vendors
• Completion of paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain a professional image

Minimum Requirements:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Clean and valid PA driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
